What are the hours during which you offer Technical Support?

Our Technical Support hours are as follows:

• Monday through Friday:  8:30AM-9:00PM Eastern Time
• Saturday and Sunday:  9:00AM-5:30PM Eastern Time

Technical Support is open only until 5:00PM Eastern Time on the following holidays:

New Years Day
Easter
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Christmas Eve
New Years Eve

Technical Support is closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
