I have been having problems where my email program will download some of my email messages, but then it will get stuck on one specific message. I'll abort it and try again. It will download the same messages and get stuck on the same exact one as it did before.It is likely a corrupted message. The best thing you can do is to go into the WebMail system from our website. Read the message in WebMail, print it if necessary, but to just delete it as it is causing the jam-up. |
